What We Provide
Topographical Surveys
We carry out land surveys from small single plots to large development sites.

With our surveys you can expect a thorough survey of the site including; levels, features, buildings, drainage and by using our EDMs we can collect details of the surrounding buildings. This can include their positions and heights so you can design your project with as much information as possible.

Currently we are using Leica products including their latest Total Station EDMs to complete our surveys. We also use Leica’s GPS units so that we can produce our surveys to national grid which is becoming more and more the standard across the industry. By using the Total Stations it allows us to complete our surveys with greater accuracy giving us the confidence to supply you with the highest standard of drawing.

Building Surveys
As a company we aim to produce accurate measured building surveys to include floor plans, elevations and roof plans.

The main equipment we use for building surveys are Leica laser measures and tapes. The majority of building survey work is also controlled using the same methods as doing a land survey being that we will get the profile of the building with an EDM to be sure that there are no hidden angles. Elevations and sections can be completed using tapes and measuring poles and EDMs.
Utility Surveys
Utility surveys are becoming more common place within the construction industry. The primary purpose of a utility survey is to provide the client with a drawing detailing the position and type of burried service onto a plan.

To do this a team would use specialist equipment such as ground penetrating radar and radio detection. We work closely with another firm to be able to provide this service
We are seeing some exciting changes in the surveying industry which we at Site Data Surveys are embracing. New technology such as robotic total stations have brought a means to gain more site detail, more accurately and quicker than ever before. Overseeing the firm, I am proud of who we are and I am always pushing my teams to always deliver detailed and accurate plans
